Online Slander
Online Internet Slander and Defamation Can have a Heavy Price tag
I have many people emailing me as Internet Defamation is growing, however at the same time, more and more lawsuits are being filed.
A landmark case that gave an $11.3M jury verdict for damages was the initial breakthrough, but more are coming down the pipe.
A collections on a defendant is in progress. Now the that judgment is domesticated will be moving forward and Bock will be held accountable financially. Although many people believe that a judgment can be a useless piece of paper, it can also cost you plenty.
Please Remember, think before you want to use a keypad and mouse as a weapon, it could be very costly!

Had to move my children out of school district due to on line harassment, and certain behavior of coach/teacher at the school. Several people in town did not like the fact that we were outsiders moving in, and my boys played sports. My children were physically threatened, verbally harassed, then cyber-bullied. We our trying to sell our home in an economically challenged market, with no success. We are living apart as a family due to this and our situation for the children. I have been to local police, as well as contacted several bullying organizations. We printed everything that was written about our family. We also have copy of police report when our child was physically threatened. I just don’t know legally how to justify this to my children. The most important thing is for them to know this behavior is not acceptable.
